The TE failure of the English wittenet inverter

Publish Date 2018-07-24
Good fellow automation workers,* take over a project temporarily.

The configuration is as follows: 1. Two 414 CPUs belong to our scope, STEP7 programming. 2, 315-2DP CPU, belonging to manufacturer A, STEP7 programming. 3. Four S7-1500 CPUs belong to manufacturer B, TIA programming. Communication scheme: One CPU of our side is used as the main communication station, and the other CPUs communicate with it by means of unilateral communication. The network addresses of each CPU are all in one network segment.

Question 1: Does the main site need NETPRO to reconfigure its network and download it? (Mainly whether the main station needs to shut down)

Question 2: If the master station needs to configure, the problem is that the S7-1500 hardware STEP7 can not configure, it needs to configure through TIA, whether all network configurations must be configurated through TIA.

Question 3: If the whole network is configured by TIA, can S7-300 and S7-400 be downloaded by STEP7 configuration software and program after hardware download?

Question 4: There are several PROFINET IO slave stations in this project S7-400. 153-4. After I Download all the hardware, do I need to redistribute the address and name of PROFINET IO slave station?

Question 1 supplements that one of my S7-400 serves as the main communication station, which means that all other CPUs read and write the fixed data DB block of my S7-400 CPU unilaterally. Whether my CPU needs to configure the network and download the hardware through NETPRO or not? When I simulate on PLCSIM, there are two. S7-400 CPU is used to communicate, and then PUTGET is used to program unilaterally. But if the read and written CPU is not downloaded through NETPRO, the communication will not be successful.

1) This requires hardware configuration and software editing, because you are here as a client (the main station you understand), so you need to reconfigure the hardware and download it to the cpu.

2) Yes, it's a real problem, so we suggest that they serve as the client of the system. So, you only need to program and plan a communication data exchange area.

3) If they configure the client side and the server side, you just need to edit the S7 communication program.

4) As a server, the hardware does not need to be changed, and the software needs to add communication data exchange area and communication program segment.

Make your 400 CPU the main station, that is, the server, and the CPU of other factories the client, so * OK, you don't need to make any configuration of 400, just download it from them. Just need the software to plan the address and each CPU. Unilateral communication means that S7 can be communicated with the server only by configuring the client side. We often do it. No problem.
