Wincc flexe or WinCC (TIA) or Prosave can be used to restore factory settings.
Firstly, the PC's PG/PC option is set, and S7ONLINE - > TCP/IP - > Name of Computer Ethernet Card is selected. Touch screen is not set, and it is connected with computer ethernet. Touch screen is disconnected from power supply.
Open WinCC (TIA), set the transmission mode to Ethernet mode, ONLINE - > HMI operation panel maintenance - > update the operating system, pop up the OS update panel, check to restore the factory settings, select the Ethernet mode, enter the MAC address on the back of the touch screen, Click to start updating, confirm. When the touch screen is powered on, the factory settings can be restored.
